Philosophy
Coaching has been central in facilitating human growth for thousands of years. Socrates, Augustine, Emily Pankhurst and Martin Luther King all served their communities whilst having the ability to ask significant questions that became the catalyst for societal growth. In a similar way, leaders who are seeking great people outcomes are increasingly seeing the benefit of a coaching relationship.
We are all a work in progress
The philosophy at El Partnership is that we are all a work in progress and that although there will often be destinations along the way, it is during the journey where we see growth happen.

When I look at where I am now and where I was at the start, the change is immense both from a work and personal life. I value my family and friendship group much more and from a career point of view I have seen the huge difference that working in an environment and with people who share my own values can make. I feel very grateful for where I am now. I genuinely feel that I am in such a better place now than I was a few years back, whilst not realising at the time perhaps how negative some elements were back then.
