Biography
Personal growth should always have a positive influence on the relationships and communities we engage with and, like a virtuous circle, it is often those close relationships and communities that become the catalysts for personal growth in us.
Malcolm Bourne, founder of El Partnership
Drawing on sporting wisdom with his clients, Malcolm recognises the importance of developing good habits, focus, consistency, and mental discipline, especially during metaphorically cold winter months.
Malcolm has worked in the property sector for over 20 years, overseeing many community focused projects and organisational restructuring.
Malcolm’s work has also included pioneering several business start-ups and social enterprises. Several of these projects have had a focus on job creation for long-term unemployed, and coaching ex-offenders and those with life controlling habits.
